Our team is composed of Architects, Product Owners, Analysts, and Developers who deliver flawless execution of end to end business process automation. We are a team that delivers technology solutions to achieve business goals of the company.

We expect to be partnered on all solution evaluations as SMEs to solve the business problems. We own Architecture and High-Level Design for Business Systems. We act as technology partners to all Business and Operations teams to ensure we build scalable solutions across the business. We pride ourselves on maximizing Miro's investment in tooling and maintaining the health of tools. 

About the role 

As a Business Technology Solution Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of technology solutions that support our business goals and objectives. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Your expertise in both business processes and technology will be crucial in ensuring that our technology investments deliver maximum value.

What you’ll do 

  • Drive GTM solution implementation and rollouts with a strategic leadership approach, emphasizing scalable, secure, and innovative solutions aligned with business objectives and industry trends.
  • Serve as a critical liaison between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring GTM strategies are comprehensively supported from requirements gathering to solution validation.
  • Offer extensive technical leadership throughout project execution, ensuring the delivery of solutions that prioritize scalability, security, and a positive user experience.
  • Proactively evaluate and manage risks in GTM and related technologies, continuously seeking performance improvements and ensuring adherence to governance standards.
  • Maintain open communication with stakeholders and vendors, driving innovation in technical strategy and solution development, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Engage in stakeholder management to secure alignment and sign-off, championing best practice adoption and solution scalability.

What you’ll need 

  • Minimum 5 years of Solution Architect experience, with expertise in GTM technologies, including Salesforce Platform, Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Marketing Cloud/Marketo, demonstrating a deep understanding of technical and business integration.
  • Strong capability in system landscape design, with proven success in mapping out current and future states to deliver comprehensive and strategic solution architectures.
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, skilled in optimizing lead management, opportunity tracking, forecasting, and pipeline management to drive sales efficiency.
  • Experience in designing, developing, and supporting Salesforce implementations in a large enterprise environment.
  • Solid grasp of GTM business processes, with the ability to translate these insights into impactful solution designs that align with organizational goals.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce's declarative and programmatic development options, ensuring versatile and scalable custom solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders at various levels, fostering collaboration and driving project success.
  • This position requires you to be a self-starter with the ability to take ownership, prioritize, and handle various tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive demeanor.
