This is your profile. Here you can change
your basic info and set a profile picture

Create boards

To create a board
open the Board Tab

Click "+ New"

To view or edit the board information,
direct the cursor to the board icon and
click "i", which will appear in the corner

Enter the board
title in this field

Choose the public mode if you
want everyone to be able to view
your board, or private in case
you want to work aloneor with
your team privately

You can choose
a template for
a quick start

After that click "Create" and a new board will open

Add media

Upload images from your PC or the web.
They will appear in My files tab

To add files to boards open the File Tab

Add vector images from
our libraries. There are
simple icons, prototyping
tools and more

To add videos to your boards select "From URL" and paste YouTube or Vimeo links.

Drag and drop images to
add them to the board

Using the context menu,
you can lock images to prevent
accidental changes, send them
forward or backward, duplicate
and group

Mark-up

Use the mark-up tools to draw, create text and make sticky notes

You can change the
brush size and color

Text and sticky notes can be
duplicated just like images

Shapes

Use the shapes tool to
create simple rectangles,
circles, lines
and arrows

Change the style and color
of the shape

Links

Links help you build
flexible mindmaps and schemes

You can move and resize linked objects without losing any of the connections

Select color and arrowhead type of the link

Work together

1st way
To invite a participant onto a board
click "Share", enter email and send
an invitation

2nd way
You can also invite friends directly
from your friend list

Invite either via email

or drag and drop the user's icon
onto the board if he or she is in your
contact list

Choose your friend's access
rights. Editors can make
changes to your boards —
viewers cannot

Press "Drop icon on the board" to create a draggable icon of the selected user.
This might be helpful when assigning tasks to colleagues, using the link tool

Tagged comments and mini-chats

Leave comments tagged with your name. Simply click the spot either on your
board or object where you want to leave a comment, then make your first note.

Edit or remove individual
comments

Other participants can add
their comments to your
thread by clicking
“+Add comment”

When you finish the discussion, you
can minimize the chat and continue
working

Work with Google Drive

Open your file library,
click Google Drive,
authorize and start
working with Google
Documents

Wait for the files to
load, then drag and
drop them onto the
board

Using the context menu, edit documents via Google Drive,
then update the changes on the board.

Scroll through your documents

Switch to presentation
mode with the button
in the tool bar

To make a slide, simply
take a shot of the visible
area of your board

Go to fullscreen
mode to watch your
presentation

Move the slide across
the board or change
its size

To post the preview of your board to your website or blog, open Share menu and choose Embed.
Set the starting point for visitors and enter the dimensions of the frame.
Then simply copy and paste the HTML code to your website.
