Terms of use
These rules (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules") are an integral part of the User
License Agreement. Terms and concepts established by the User
License Agreement apply to these Rules.
1.
General Rules of the Service Use
1.1.
The RealtimeBoard service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") allows the User to upload, transfer, publish and distribute images, text, audio and video content (“User Content”) in order to create personalized virtual desktops (“Boards”), and share this content through the Service (as well as third party websites). The User has an option of making the content public (“Public User Content”) or private (“Private User Content).
The Service combines creative thinking and technological knowledge to give the User an opportunity to create his/her own Boards (virtual desktops), publish them on the Internet and share them with friends and colleagues.
Users have the right to use all the features of the Service, without interfering with other Users.
1.2.
In case of violation of the User License Agreement and/or the Rules by the User, the Administration may limit or block access of the User to the Service at its own discretion.
1.3.
If a particular piece of the User Content creates too large a demand on the Service, the Administration may limit or block access of the User to the Service at its own discretion.
1.4.
The Administration makes the User Content that the User shares with other Users available through the Service to the extent specified by the User. The User acknowledges and agrees that the Administration does not guarantee access to the User Content by other Users.
1.5.
The User has the right to change publicity/privacy settings of the Board at any time. The use of the Board and/or the corresponding User Content is defined by the current settings.
1.6.
Public Boards can be viewed and used by other Users of the Service and will be displayed in the search database of the Service. Private Boards can be viewed and used only by those persons to whom the User grants access to the Board.
1.7.
When the User uploads the Content to the Service or through the Service, he/she provides to each User of the Service, with whom he shares the Board, a non-exclusive, free license to access, view and use the corresponding Content to the extent specified in the technical settings.
1.8.
The User must check the possibility to reuse the Content created by other Users of the Service.
1.9.
The Administration is not obliged to check Boards present in the Service and is not responsible for their content. The responsibility for the content of the Boards and all Materials (Content) is borne by the User.
The Administration is not responsible for the availability settings of the Board. The User must personally check availability settings of the Board.
1.10.
If the User finds information on this site, which is considered undesirable or which violates the User License Agreement, the User has the right to report it to the Administration by emailing to abuse@realtimeboard.com.
1.11.
Certain components of the Service allow or require creation of an account (including a password). The User is solely responsible for maintaining confidentiality of the account information, including the password and any account activity. The User agrees to immediately notify the Administration of any unauthorized use of the account or the password, as well as any breach of security.
1.12.
The User agrees to abide by and may not violate any applicable laws of the Russian Federation.
2.
